Corporate Secretary<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In a public company, the Corporate Secretary plays a crucial role in maintaining a positive image for the Company by managing effective communication programs between the Company and its stakeholders. The Corporate Secretary reports directly to the President Director.<\/p>\n

The Corporate Secretary carries out the following duties and responsibilities:<\/p>\n

  1. Ensure that the Company complies with the principles of GCG and adhere to prevailing laws and regulations;<\/li>\n
  2. Organize the GMS of the Company;<\/li>\n
  3. Manage information related to the Company\u2019s business and establishe good relations with capital market regulator and supporting institutions;<\/li>\n
  4. Coordinate and administer the meetings of the Board of Commissioners, Directors and Committees of the Company;<\/li>\n
  5. Maintain effective communication to build the company\u2019s image;<\/li>\n
  6. Facilitate relationship between the Company or Management with its stakeholders; and<\/li>\n
  7. Provide information to stakeholders concerning the condition of the Company.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The Company has appointed Adi Adriansyah Sjoekri as Corporate Secretary through the appointment letter from the Board of Directors dated 7 Februari 2018. The appointment of the Corporate Secretary is in accordance with POJK No. 35\/POJK.04\/2014 dated 8 December 2014 on Corporate Secretary of Public Company.<\/p>\n
