He has significant operational experience leading, developing and coaching technical teams in both open cut and underground mines in multiple countries. His commodity experience includes gold, copper, uranium, poly-metallic base metals and IOGC deposits, as well as metallurgical and thermal coal.<\/p>\n<p>He also has financial experience having worked as Associate Director with Macquarie Bank, involved in technical due diligence, deal structuring and execution of mining finance.
