Indonesian National. She has had more than 20 years of experience in the field of human resource management.

Since 2013, she serves as the Director of PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk, Commissioner of PT Mitra Pinasthika Mulia and Commissioner PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Auto. Currently, she also serves as the Director of PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral from 2022. In the period of 2008 to 2013, she served as the Head of Human Capital of PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari (Zuelig Pharma Company). Previously, she was appointed in various managerial positions at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk (Philip Morris International) in 2001-2008.

She earned a Bachelor of Economics degree in Management from Trisakti University, Jakarta in 1994 and a Master degree in Management from Trisakti University, Jakarta in 1996. She attended Executive Programs at INSEAD, Singapore and
at Colorado State University, United States of America.
