Muhammad Munir

Indonesian national, 62, appointed as Independent Commissioner in July 2020 pursuant to Deed No. 143 dated 29 July 2020, made before Notary Jose Dima Satria, S.H., M.Kn, Notary in Jakarta.

Mr. Munir served as Secretary General of Wantannas from 2015 to 2016, deputy chief of staff AD from 2013 to 2015. At that time, he was appointed as the number two person in the TNI AD replacing Lt. Gen. Moeldoko who became the TNI AD Chief of Staff. He also served as Panglima Kostrad from 2012 to 2013, Panglima Kodam III Siliwangi from 2011 until 2012, Panglima Divif 2 / Kostrad from 2010 until 2011 and Kasdam Jaya from 2009 to 2010. He is a retired Indonesian military figure, a TNI-AD Commander in 1996 and an alumnus of Indonesian Army Command and Staff College (2001) and National Defense Institute of the Republic of Indonesia (2012). He also obtained his Master and Doctoral degree majoring in Business Management at Bina Nusantara University in 2017 and 2020. He is not affiliated with other Board Members and/or the main shareholders.
