Budi Bowoleksono

Indonesian national, 61, appointed as the Independent Commissioner of the Company on 13 January 2020 pursuant to Deed No. 45 dated 13 January 2020, made before Notary Jose Dima Satria, S.H., M.Kn, notary in Jakarta.

He retired from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) on 30 May 2019 and is currently focused on his duties as Independent Commissioner of the Company. Previously, he was a career diplomat having served for over 33 years in the Foreign Service. In the MFA of the Republic of Indonesia, he served in various capacities including as the General Secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs. His overseas postings included assignments to the Indonesian permanent missions to the United Nations in New York, Geneva and Vienna. He had served as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Indonesia to the USA (2014-2019) and was appointed as Secretariat General of Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2010-2014) and to Kenya, which also covers the Seychelles Islands, Mauritius, Uganda, UNEP and UN Habitat (2008-2010).

He graduated with a degree from Krisnadwipayana, Indonesia in 1984. He is not affiliated with other Board Members and/or the main shareholders.
