Andrew Starkey

Dual nationality British and Australian. He has extensive experience in infrastructure and natural resources sector finance, investment and business development, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region.

He currently serves as an Executive Director of Provident Capital Partners. From 2016 until 2021 he was a Managing Director of Pierfront Capital in Singapore. During 2012 to 2016, he served as an Executive Director of Presidio Capital in Singapore. Prior to this, he had a 12-year investment banking career from 2001 until 2012, holding progressively senior positions at Macquarie Group in Melbourne, Singapore and Jakarta and at Goldman Sachs in Sydney.

He graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1999 with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts. He was awarded a Master in Finance (Dean’s List) from INSEAD in 2011. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a CFA charter holder.
