Code of Conduct

PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (“Merdeka” or “MDKA” or “Company”) is fully aware that the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (“GCG”) will increase the value, image and long-term business development on a sustainable basis which will benefit the shareholders and other stakeholders. Therefore, MDKA is committed to compile a code of conduct containing a set of commitments consisting of the Company’s business ethics and work ethics of Merdeka People so that it can guide and govern the behavior of Merdeka People in accordance with the Company’s values in order to achieve its vision and mission. (“Code of Conduct”).

This Code of Conduct (hereinafter referred to as the “Code”) was prepared as an affirmation of the Company’s commitment to conduct business ethically and to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations.
