Gavin Arnold Caudle

Australian nationality, 50, appointed as the Director of the Company in June 2016. With more than 20 years of professional experience in finance, Mr. Caudle began his career with the Public Accounting Firm of Arthur Andersen Australia, subsequently becoming a Partner with Arthur Andersen Indonesia. He then moved to Citigroup Indonesia, as Head of Investment Banking and Head of Mergers and Acquisition, prior to joining Saratoga Capital as Managing Director. He currently serves also as Director of Provident Capital Partners and Non-executive Director of Sihayo Gold Ltd.

He earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia in 1988 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Australia.
